Step into a fully immersive pop up inspired by a classic writer’s room—filled with vintage typewriters, live poetry, calligraphy, wax sealing, and more. Our Writer’s Room brings together our most-loved and tactile experiences to create sensory-rich moments that are both personal, wildly creative, and energizing.
Interactive stations
Guests are guided to engage with each station: self-serve typewriters, wax sealing, vintage writing tools, a retro gumball machine with poetic messages, plus live poems and calligraphy so there’s a keepsake at every stop.
Live entertainment
Live poets and calligraphers are on site to create typewritten custom poems or beautifully handwritten words for your guests to keep long after the event.
Turnkey pop-up
You don’t lift a finger—we handle everything from concept to teardown, including design and on-site staffing, so you can focus on your event while we manage the flow and creative experience.
How it works
Book a Writer’s Room Pop-Up to transform your event into a dynamic, sensory-driven experience. Guests move through the Writer’s Room at their own pace, co-creating, connecting, and collecting personalized keepsakes in a space designed to be social, collaborative, and unforgettable. We’ll handle everything—from setup to flow—creating a beautifully styled room with interactive, tactile stations.

How many guests can it accommodate?
The setup is scalable. For reference:
Up to 30 guests: 1–2 poets/calligrapher(s), 2–3 stations
30–60 guests: 2–3 artists, 4–5 stations
60+ guests: 3+ artists, full experience setup

How many stations are included?
Each Writer’s Room includes 4–6 signature stations. Popular choices:

Guests interact with each station to co-create keepsakes and experience writing in a personal, hands-on way.
How long is the experience?
Standard bookings run 2–4 hours. We tailor the experience based on your event flow.
What is required for set up?
We’ll need:
- Min. 10 x 10 space
- 4–6 tables (approx. 2–4 ft wide)
6–8 chairs
Access to power (if indoors)
We’ll send a simple layout in advance so setup is easy.
