What are the setup requirements for live letter writing?
Each station requires a small table (2 x 3 feet) and three chairs. For larger events (100+ guests), booking additional letter writers ensures more guests have the chance to enjoy this experience.
How long does each letter take to create?
Each personalized letter takes about 5 minutes. On average, a letter writer can produce 10 letters per hour. To offer a smooth experience, we recommend booking at least 2 poets for 2 hours.
What personalization options are available?
We offer various customization options, including personalized letter paper with logos or monograms, custom wax seals, and your choice of envelope colors. Please allow at least 2 weeks for custom stationery.
Can letters be created in multiple languages?
Yes! We offer letter writing in English, French, Spanish, Urdu, Hindi, Tamil, Portuguese, Serbian, and Croatian. Please inform us in advance about any language preferences.
Can guests request specific themes or topics for their letters?
Yes! Guests can request particular themes or topics for their letters, such as love, gratitude, or celebration. Our letter writers will work with each guest to capture meaningful sentiments that align with the event’s theme or personal preferences.
What size are the letters, and can guests frame them?
The letters are crafted on A2 premium ivory stationery, suitable for framing. The size and design create a beautiful keepsake that guests can display or save as a memory of your event.
When will the letter writer arrive for setup?
Our letter writers arrive 15-30 minutes before the event to handle setup. Travel beyond our primary location is available, with fees based on distance ($0.75/KM after the first 10km)
What is the booking process?
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due three weeks before the event. Payment confirms acceptance of our terms and conditions.
What happens in the event of a cancellation?
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
