Overview
Poesy provides experiential services that require advance preparation, booking of writers, and allocation of materials. For this reason, all purchases are final sale and subject to the policies outlined below.
Workshops
All workshop purchases are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend:

You may transfer your ticket to another guest at no additional cost.

To request a transfer, please contact hello@poesy.ca at least 24 hours before the workshop.
If a workshop is cancelled by Poesy, a full refund or credit will be issued.
Event Entertainment Services
This applies to bookings such as Live Poetry, Live Calligraphy, Retro Poetry Machine, Writer’s Room Pop-Ups, and Spoken Word Performance.
If the client cancels the booking:

30 days or more before the event: a 50% refund will be issued.

Less than 30 days before the event: the payment is non-refundable.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation by Poesy, a full refund will be issued.
This policy reflects the time, staffing, and resources reserved for your event.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

A workshop or service is cancelled by Poesy.

An order cannot be fulfilled due to an error on our part.
