Can I choose the poet I want to book?
Yes, you can request a poet from our roster based on their style and your preferences.
How do you choose your poets?
We carefully select our poets based on their talent, passion, and ability to connect with people. Each poet is demonstrates excellence in their writing, but also loves to create unique and meaningful experiences for guests. Our selection process ensures that every poet brings warmth, creativity, and a personal touch to your event.
Bookings and Services
How does live poetry creation work?
Our poets create personalized poems in real-time on vintage typewriters, engaging with guests to capture their stories and create custom poems in just two minutes.
Set up requirement: a table (min. 2 feet wide) and chair for each poet. We recommend having two additional chairs for guests to sit during the poetic experience.
How do in-studio creations work?
Our poets craft personalized poems tailored to your needs, collaborating with you to capture your unique message.
How does live journaling work?
Live journaling involves our poets setting up with a notebook or typewriter at your event, capturing event moments through live observations and turning them into a custom typewritten poem on premium hand made paper for a lasting keepsake of your special day. Set up requirement: one chair placed strategically for live observations.
How does the Poetry Album work?
Guests receive a copy of their poem on the spot, and we save a duplicate for the album. This way, everyone leaves with a personal keepsake, and you get a complete collection of all the poetic moments, messages and well wishes from your event. How many poets should I book?
It depends on your event size. Our poets can write about 15 poems per hour for each guest or pair. For the best experience, book 1 poet for every 30 guests per hour. Contact us for personalized recommendations.
What does the setup for live poetry creation look like?
Venues are required to provide table, table linens and chairs for the poet and two guests. Poets can be positioned together or separately, depending on your preference. We bring an "Ask Me for a Poem" sign to invite guests to engage with the poets.
What customization options are available for live poetry creation?
Choose from a variety of envelope colours, custom wax seal designs with your logo or initials, and personalized poem paper featuring your logo, initials, significant phrases or symbols.
Do you offer multilingual services?
Yes. We offer services in a variety of languages including Hindi, Spanish, Tamil, and French.
